This policy applies to the Amrita Herbo storefront and the account, checkout and support services connected to it. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Amrita Herbo.

Our current store uses WooCommerce for customer accounts, products and orders, and Vercel to host the storefront. This policy describes the information handled through this store. If you follow a link to another service, also review that service’s privacy notice.

Information we collect

• Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address when you provide them.
• Account details: the information you submit to register and manage your account. Your chosen password is sent to WooCommerce to create your account; it is not kept in the storefront’s browser storage.
• Order information: products, quantities, prices, order history and payment or fulfilment status. Payment details are handled through the payment service used at checkout.
• Messages and reviews: information you send to customer support, in business enquiries, document requests or product reviews. An approved review may display your reviewer name, rating and review text publicly; your review email address is not displayed by the storefront.
• Technical information: browser and device information, IP addresses and request data needed by our hosting and store services to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and prevent misuse.

We receive information directly from you and from service providers involved in processing your orders, payments, account or support requests. Please provide only information needed for your request, and do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email or WhatsApp.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts; process orders and payments; arrange dispatch and delivery; respond to enquiries and eligible product issues; display approved reviews; keep the store working; and detect fraud or misuse.

We also use records where needed for accounting, legal obligations and resolving complaints. If you choose to receive promotional communications, you can ask us to stop them. Account and order messages may still be necessary to provide the service you requested.

You may also contact info@amritaherbo.com to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent, subject to applicable law and necessary record retention.

Children and external links

The store is intended for adults who can enter into a purchase agreement. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review the request.
