Using the store

These terms apply to your use of the Amrita Herbo website and its connected shopping services. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

To create an account or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information.

Your account

Customer accounts are managed through WooCommerce. Keep your sign-in details private and keep your contact and delivery details up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Do not impersonate another person, submit false information or use the store for fraudulent activity.

Products and information

Product information, availability and prices are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. Read the product label, composition, directions and precautions before use. Packaging and on-screen colours may vary.

General wellness information on this website does not replace individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Follow the product label and appropriate professional advice.

If you identify an error in a listing or a difference between a product and its description, contact us. These terms do not limit rights relating to goods that are defective or not as described.

Orders and payment

Check the items, quantities, contact information, delivery address and total before submitting your order. Product charges, applicable taxes and shipping charges are confirmed before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation, availability and acceptance. If an order cannot be fulfilled or an order or pricing error needs to be resolved, we will contact you using the details supplied. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfil will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

If you need to correct or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will check its status and explain the available options; a change or cancellation cannot be assumed to have taken effect until confirmed.

Dispatch and delivery

Confirmed weekday orders ship within 24 hours. Confirmed weekend orders ship within 48 hours. These are dispatch timelines, not delivery timelines. See our Shipping Policy for the details.

Courier transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination and carrier. Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

Refunds and product issues

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Refund requests are considered for product-level damage or a manufacturing defect. Read our Refund Policy for how to report an issue.

Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Reviews and website use

If you submit a product review, share an honest account of your own experience. Do not include private information about another person or content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes someone else’s rights. Reviews may be reviewed before publication.

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code or misuse account, checkout or review forms. Our branding, photographs and written content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Privacy and other services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Some services, including payment, sign-in and WhatsApp, open on connected or third-party platforms. Their relevant terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of those services.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Your statutory consumer rights, including access to appropriate consumer dispute-resolution forums, remain unaffected.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The updated version and date will appear here. Changes do not remove rights arising from an order already placed.
