Shipping policy

When your order ships

Our shipping timelines start from order confirmation:

“Ships” or “dispatch” means that your order is handed over to the courier. It does not mean your order will be delivered within 24 or 48 hours.

Delivery after dispatch

Delivery takes place after dispatch. Courier transit time varies by delivery location, route and the courier’s operations. The dispatch timelines above are not a delivery-date guarantee.

If you need help with an order’s dispatch or tracking status, contact us with your order number.

Shipping charges

Free shipping applies only when the product subtotal is above ₹799. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders with a product subtotal of ₹799 or less.

Shipping eligibility is based on the product subtotal before any discount. Shipping charges are shown in your cart and confirmed before payment. Review the final order total before completing your purchase.

Your delivery details

Provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay dispatch or delivery.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether it can be corrected before the order is dispatched.

Delays or product damage

If your confirmed order has not shipped within the applicable dispatch window, email info@amritaherbo.com or call +91 70138 90825 so we can check its status.

For product-level damage or manufacturing defects, follow the steps in our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
